Okay, so she's really listening to a story on Drew's Nook, and we only bought her those headphones because we're flying to Hawaii next month.
But these pictures make me smile. 
Perhaps I'm just a sucker for babies doing adult things, 
minus those creepy Anne Geddes photos.


So far, Lilly's favorite music consists of nursery rhymes, Sesame Street, and Disney songs, despite my best attempts to get her to listen to some "real" music, too.
Drew says he can't wait to explain to her why Led Zeppelin is awesome, and I'm planning on easing her in gently with some Cat Stevens and Neil Young tunes. Of course, she'll also  have to listen to all of the Billy Bragg & Wilco album, Mermaid Avenue.
Until then, we seem to have all found neutral ground in Simple Song, by the Shins.
I can't say how happy this music video makes me, or how happy it makes me that Lilly will actually listen to it instead of screaming for the "Bus" song.
