We've been getting lots of rain, and we're loving it! But we're also taking full advantage of the sunny days.
We haven't had the opportunity to go camping yet, but we decided to do a practice run in the backyard. We made tinfoil dinners and s'mores and played outside, and then retreated to our warm & cozy indoor beds.
Because we're practical like that.
And the pools and splash parks are finally starting to open.
Today Lilly and I visited the Falcon Pointe splash park for the first time since last summer. It was so much fun to watch Lilly play, and to think back to the last time she was there-- 9 months old and barely walking.
Today she was running around on her own and playing with the other kids and all around loving it!
