In August, we got to meet Kelly for the first time! We had a great time exploring DC and Great Falls, VA. Also a memorable part of the visit- Marc was battling a recent poison oak exposure while he was visiting- there was a lot of oozing happening.
But before all that, we took a family trip to the ice rink to beat the summer heat.

And Drew and I had a quick day trip to Philly to see the Mutter museum.
Ok, back to Marc and Kelly's visit.
The kids both decided they wanted to try baseball. Dad got excited and bought all the things, and they started some pre-season practice.
Henry had his last day of preschool, before starting Kindergarten at NIST. (It's really his Pre-K year, but they let him join their Kindergarten class since he just misses the cut-off with his September birthday. He'll still go to Kindergarten at the public school next year.)
He seems like such a big kid now, but let it be known- he still sneaks into his sister's bed at night. . . :)
