After lunch, Lilly haunted the grocery store! We picked up a couple small pumpkins to make our dinner in and Lilly was so excited about the Dora the Explorer balloons by the check-out that I decided to get her a Halloween balloon to take home. We spent the afternoon cleaning out our pumpkins, carving pumpkins, making dinner in a pumpkin, and baking iced pumpkin cookies. Lilly also tried to lift the pumpkins and eat the pumpkins. She skipped her afternoon nap despite my best attempts at soothing her, but she didn't even act tired or grumpy! Drew got home just in time to help Lilly hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters. Lilly tried to sneak a Reese's peanut butter cup, so we let her have an orange sucker she got from the Fall Fun Festival. Then, sadly, it was time for bed. Hope you all had a fun Halloween, too!
Enjoy the pictures. . .

What a darling! I especially love the picture of her trying to pick up the pumpkin... and the one with the giant spoon, and the suckers... and they're all so cute!
