In February, we celebrated Drew's birthday, and met what would become our new home for the first time! Covid was happening in distant parts of the world, but it hadn't begun to affect our lives yet. How crazy to look back at that now, and the sudden shift that occurred soon after!
Toward the end of the month, Lily developed angioedema and hives, which we were able to keep at bay with allergy medications for about 2 months, until they finally disappeared again. The pediatrician and allergist we spoke to during that time, both said it would most likely resolve after 6-8 weeks, but we would likely never know the cause.
