Goodbye Utah

When we got home from Hawaii, we had just a couple weeks to say goodbye to everyone in Utah and pack up all our stuff. It was a busy couple weeks and Lilly got to see all but one of her grandparents before we left!

Lilly enjoying a fresh plum the morning after we returned from Hawaii. She also loved biting off small chunks of my peaches and nectarines.

We had a get together with a few of my high school friends and their kids. It was really great to see everyone, and fun to watch the kids interact. Lilly was in heaven with so many little friends to play with.

It has been 7 years since we graduated!

Getting 8 kids under 5 to cooperate is no easy task. Especially when we were getting close to nap time. Lilly fell asleep as soon as I got her in her stroller to walk home.

Time out for some fun. Lilly didn't think this headband was very cool at all.

Sunday dinner at (Great) Grandpa Wilson's

Lilly got to play with her friend Lincoln one more time. They are both 1/4 japanese.

They play really well together.. .

Except when Lilly tries to practice her wrestling moves. She may be a month older, but he's definitely got the weight advantage.

Chasing after boys already. . .

Lilly got to see Grandpa Tack before he took off with Daddy in the Uhaul for the long drive to Texas.

The Wilsons came to town, so Lilly got to see Grandma Wilson again.

 And meet Uncle Jacob.

She was scared of everyone else, but she LOVED Jacob.

She also got to meet Uncle Richard and get some kisses from Grandpa.

She gave some kisses, too. As you can tell from Aunt Rebekah's face, they are very wet kisses.

She spent lots of time with Grandpa and Grandma Berbert, since we lived with them the last week.
She only stays this still when Grandpa reads to her.

And of course she enjoyed playing in "Lilly's cabinet" in Grandma's kitchen.
I've already made her one in our new house!

We'll miss you Utah! But we'll never pforget you.
