We welcomed in April with the start of Henry's baseball season, and a trip to Hersheypark. The kids had a blast riding the tamer rollercoasters and other children's rides.

After half a decade in Texas, I have a renewed appreciation for the changing of the seasons, each day seemed to bring new surprises as the flowers and trees came back to life.
We celebrated Easter with an egg hunt and egg dyeing.
The kids asked to go on a picnic. :)
And Henry decided to make some spring crafts on his own- a drawing of a garden, and a bunny with a carrot.
With the return of warm weather, the neighborhood "gang" came back out to play.
Henry had a performance at school for their International Night.
And we went indoor swimming for Lilly's friend's birthday party.
More Henry art.
Game night.
Lilly's favorite hobbies are baking and hair styling. She made me some delicious gingerbread to go along with the book I was reading, and learned to do a fishtail braid.
And that brings us to the end of April, marching onward to May . . .
