December can be cold and busy, so we tried to take our time the first half of the month and enjoy the warm Austin weather while it lasted.
We spent some beautiful afternoons walking around our beloved Mills Pond.
Lilly was the Star Student for her Pre-K class
Henry grew up by leaps and bounds.
He's a great communicator now and still gives the best hugs.
Lilly had her first gymnastics recital. She's very proud of her cartwheel, and ever improving handstand.
And we started gearing up for the Yuletide season with Christmas trees and holiday lights.
