In March, I took a solo trip to Springfield, Missouri, to celebrate the life of my Grandfather. It was really great spending time with some extended family that I don't get to see very often. And we couldn't visit Springfield without stopping by Bass Pro Shops and experiencing the famous Lambert's throwed rolls. We ate so much food, and got to reminisce on many good old memories, while making some great new ones in the process.
