I've been less than stellar at doing updates for Henry. Sorry buddy, second child syndrome is in full force around here. But he's been changing and learning so much lately, that I couldn't let this month go by without at least a little update. (And some photos and video, too!)
So without further ado or explanation, here's a little bit about Henry at 15 months old:
- Eats voraciously, but still managed to drop to 34th percentile for weight (21 lbs 12.5 oz)
- Got his 12th tooth just over a month ago
- Insists on throwing his own diapers out
- Loves to pretend to brush his teeth and spit
- Plays peek a boo and catch
- Knows where his hands, head, mouth, nose and ears are. And of course, his beloved belly button, too.
- Claps, stomps and lifts his arms to "If you're happy and you know it"
- Loves to dance, wrestle, and give hugs and kisses
- Says some version of up, ball, bird, mom, dad, hi, boo and does a sheep and elephant sound
- Adorably signs "please" for anything he wants. Nods or shakes his head for "yes" and "no"
- Loves balls and stuffed animals
- Stacks blocks and builds duplo towers
- Loves to be silly and make us laugh
- Goes absolutely crazy for anything with fur or feathers
- Smiles at everyone
- SUPER happy and excited about everything
