Lilly is getting really good at sitting! This is her holding herself upright this morning. She can sit by herself for a short amount of time if she's focused on a toy or something in front of her, but then she will lean back or tip sideways (usually I catch her). She also likes to reach for things now, and she really loves grabbing people's faces.
On Sunday we decided to walk to my parents with the wrap because the stroller was disassembled and in the trunk of the car. Lilly seemed to like it. Drew thought it looked silly, so he took a picture. I don't know what's silly about a floating baby head. :)
We still love to watch Lilly sleep. She has slept 11 hours straight a couple times now! We're hoping we can make that happen a little more consistently.

Don't worry, we uncovered her face and moved the bunny. She just really likes to fall asleep with her face covered. She pulls the blanket up herself. Silly girl.

ReplyDeletedo you like your wrap? Does your back get sore after a long time?? I have my bjorn but I get sore from it. I'm wondering if you like your wrap better?
ReplyDeleteI havn't used it a ton, but when I do use it I love it. I havn't tried a bjorn, but I tried a cheaper version of front carrier and it hurt my back. The wrap distributes the weight sooooo much better and is really comfortable, so I think you could carry a heavy baby in it and it wouldn't strain too much. I have a "sleepy wrap" because a lady in my old ward recommended it, I don't know how it compares to the popular Moby wraps. Hope that helps!
